Here's some more...

The country is beautiful and the capitol city, Almaty, is surrounded by huge gorgeous mountains that still have snow on them, even though it's 105 degrees in the valley.

So I got back from Kazakhstan two weeks ago...and I'm so ready to go back!  It was so nice to take a break from my mundane life's routine and go to serve others.  And as bad as this sounds, it was nice to know that other's have problems in life as well.  It made me get re-focused on how well I have it.

I was in love with so many kids that clung to me for attention, care, and love.  Most of them were very under-developed.  I had an 15 year old boy that came up to my chin.  It was really scary to think of him being kicked out of the orphanage in three more years and having to make a living on his own without any parents or home to rely on.  We have it so blessed here in the states!

Here's some pics for you guys!

Decisions Decisions....ugh!

Pray for God to give me wisdom.  There has been a few job openings recently and I need to make decisions regarding where my next step of life should go.  God always seems to wait till the last minute with me, and to tell you the truth, i'm not the most patient of people...and yes, that probably is an understatement!

"May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed."  Psalm 20:4

The closer we are to God, the more our heart's desires will be affixed to HIS.

God, I desire You.

So, lots of new things...

I'm writing on my brand new computer that my parents just bought be for my graduation present....it's awesome!

Second, which is kinda funny, I got voted Best Laugh for Senior Superlatives...wish I could give you a demonstration....=)

"To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...

to leave the world a better place...

to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived.

This is to have succeeded."

                                                   Ralph W. Emerson
